Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) have been found to contaminate much of the United States waterways, to the extent that they can be found in 99% of Americans’ blood. In this Vox documentary, we learn about the effects of these ‘forever chemicals’ and how they came to pollute so many of America’s waterways.
